The service
MyRecTime provides software for reserving and managing shared facilities. Towns subscribe to a plan; coaches use the service at no charge.
Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed annually or monthly as selected. Plan limits apply to locations, facilities, teams, accounts and reservations. Moving to a larger plan takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the rest of the term; moving to a smaller plan takes effect at renewal and isn't refunded.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, interfere with it, or reserve facilities you don't intend to use.
Changes and termination
Either party may end the subscription. We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes.
